3. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via Telegram or WhatsApp after payment confirmation. Delivery is typically within 5 minutes. XYZ Reseller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a replacement or full refund if: (a) your key does not work as described and we cannot provide a working replacement, or (b) you received a different product than what was ordered. Refunds are not provided if the key has been successfully activated or if the issue is caused by user error. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use our products for illegal purposes; attempt to resell or redistribute license keys purchased from us without authorization; provide false information during the purchase process; engage in fraudulent chargebacks after receiving a working product.

7. Limitation of Liability

XYZ Reseller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
